Author Biography
Peter Podrez is a research associate at the Institute for Theater and Media Studies at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg. He regularly takes on teaching positions at the Institute for Theater, Film and Media Studies at the University of Vienna. He did his doctorate on cinematic drafts of the future city. His other research focuses include: game studies, media future visions (utopias, dystopias, science fiction, apocalypses), media and spaces, media horror, human-animal studies, gender studies.
